Delete your Ogya Training account

Option 1 – In the app (instant)

  1. Open Ogya Training and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile and scroll to Privacy & Safety.
  3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 – By email (if you can't open the app)

Email ogya@kosnest.com from the Google account you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Ogya Training account”. We will confirm and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, rank, station, region, avatar), XP, rewards and gear, quiz and match history, connections, chat messages, Shop enquiries and ratings, and notification tokens. This cannot be undone.

What is kept

Reports filed about misuse are kept without your identity attached, so that safety reviews can be completed. Nothing else is kept.
