2. How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your progress.
- To run leaderboards, live matches, chat, the Learning Library, the Shop and notifications.
- To keep the community safe, including reviewing reports and acting on misuse.
We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising profiles.
3. Who can see it
- Other officers can see your name, rank, station, region, avatar, scores and online status.
- Your email address is never shown to other officers.
- Chat messages are visible only to you and the officer you are chatting with, and to our reviewers if a message is reported.
- Shop sellers receive the enquiries you choose to send them.
- Service providers that host the app for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Google (Google Sign-In) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications). They process data only to provide those services.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored with Supabase and protected by access rules so officers can only read what they are allowed to. Connections are encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile and associated data are permanently deleted straight away. Reports you filed, and reports about you, are kept without your identity attached so misuse can still be reviewed.

- Block or report an officer from the chat menu.
- Turn notifications off in Profile or your phone settings.
- Delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete account. You can also request deletion here.
